It looks like everyone is having the same problem: no play back. I’ve tried everything they say to try, nothing works, my boy told me to buy new cord, tried that, he said to order new hard drive, this hard drive is only a year old, it should last longer than a year.
Despite my NVR connect to my WiFi with a good signal and 4 cameras connected. I am unable to view my cameras when using the app. I am getting a network error, please try again later message. Same on my partners phone. We both uninstalled the app abd reloaded it. Everything looks fine in the NVR'S menu and settings....very frustrating as ut had been working well for over a year.
My camera is plugged into my router and I am using my app in front of the router. The camera still will not connect even after reset as it says the password is wrong yet I’m on Wi-Fi with that same password. HELP
Nag screens are annoying, advertising attached. I do not need either, there should be a way to turn this off, I have bought many of the cameras, but after the last so called update they got more annoying, I will not buy any more of these, and will not tell anyone else to buy them. All I want is to monitor my property, I do not want my equipment turned into their advertising bill board, with nag software. If I want them to store my videos I would do so. But to constantly nag me that is unacceptable.
The answer is no. No, this software isn't recommended, No this software won't connect 80-90% of the time, No you can't do anything with this software unless all of the stars are aligned perfectly and there's no more than 32.7 % humidity and it's between 71.8 and 71.9 degrees outside. Should you use this Software, NO. Is this software dependable? NO, would I wish my worst enemy to use this software? NO.
Had my system for over 2 years. System works great. Cable Modem with Internet speeds on average over 600 mbps down and 45 mbps up, Verizon 5g Mobile with whatever their full bar download speed is. It's not an internet speed thing. I wish there was another option.
I have an Esee NVR system. For the first year I was able to playback footage locally. Now I can't and I'm always prompted to sign up for cloud storage. I don't want too. I just want to store footage locally. How can I fix this?
D Casket,
I'm having the same problem. They keep bugging me to purchase storage cloud. I had the camera for over a year, and it stored on my SD card. But now it only stores 10 seconds of my video and stops after it detects motion. What good is this? No good.
I am not going to purchase cloud storage. I will go buy me another camera before I do something like that, and it will not be an Essecloud.
DK, I'm having the same issue. I did notice though that if I go to settings then to storage settings I can download the time and date I'm looking for. It will show the full video recorded on sd card.
every time i wish to replay footage/ look back on footage, it says “no video” when i click on local file (where the video of the day usually is, any ideas how to fix?
Buy another product.
