Yesterday the access to my cameras remotely quit, i can bring up the playback until what I assume was the moment they stopped working.
When I try to live view I have this message show at the bottom of the display screen,”Playing with data, please pay attention to data consumption” what does this mean? My other security cameras not tied to this are still functioning.

I have 100's of events I'd like to delete from eseecloud. How can I do this?

Yes, you can delete events from EseeCloud. To do this, you can go to the event list or playback page, select the events you want to delete, and choose the delete option.

Hi Esee Cloud Community,


were can i find the files when i use the download function of eseecloud. I still searched in the programm folder, the folder for the documents and videos - nothing. When i start the the download of an recorded file i see the progress bar until the dowload finishes. The there is a sign for playing the donwloaded file, but with this sign i come to the folder "my own files" where i also cant find the donwloaded files.

I have the same issue. I download some videos, it finished, the download folder is empty.


But you can solve that easily by running Esee Cloud as admin. That will make the program be able to write the video files in the system folder.

I have been receiving alerts and could look through them until today. Now no alerts and all previous events is gone.
Cameras are working I can do playback and see movement, But going back manually and looking through hours of video is just not doable. Why has alerts stopped

Hi. I have updated the app. Since it has stopped working. I tried on the original device (Lenovo tablet) then I tried on my samsung mobile, everywhere i get the same message. The app stopped working and cannot be started. What to do? Thanks
