My eSeeCloud camera asks to select your country, but when I do that, nothing happens on my iPhone 14. I've tried everything, but nothing helps. I'm very disappointed, but I have screenshots.
They put a block on what days of the week I can look at unless I pay for ai or cloud and I have the home until recording box. We need to get a class action lawsuit, so everyone can get a refund I've had it for 4 years I can't get one at this point they keep taking options away and it wasn't like this in the beginning.
So disappointing started out good and no time you’re getting ads and they’re constantly hounding you to get on cloud and they wanna charge 5 to 8 dollars per camera not for the whole system per month. Terrible.
They suck. You sign up you think you got something and then they cut your time for the security back to 345 seconds and then one $50-$75 per camera per year. They suck.
This app spams you, when clicking the app it often takes you to an advertisement screen that bullies you into purchasing the full version. I feel like it's designed to trick people into paying if they don't pay enough attention.
All of a sudden there are ads and then after clicking away from the ads for a while it just flat stopped working. Do not buy the cameras that utilize this app.
I want to connect to a screen to view on it on a larger scale but it only shows the different camera views, but not the actual video surveillance images. It says NVR in each camera view box. Why can't I see images? What have I missed?
Sammy, Indeed, the app takes a good 20 seconds to open up on my phone to begin with, then once it loads It's an immediate ad bullying me to purchase the cloud storage, by then whatever made the noise outside is gone, It totally defeats the purpose of even having the camera.
Product/app works fine. But the advertisements!! Please ... if I want to access the camera urgently, a person could have died in the process. Cut down on the ads and length of the commercials. It's easily 20 secs and you cannot skip them!
DO NOT WASTE your money! Once installed, ESeeCloud hounds you to death to upgrade to cloud storage at $55/year. EseeCloud will continue at every view to upgrade to the point it interferes with your usage and viewing pleasure. Move on, do not BUY this product. Also the software is NOT intuitive and not a pleasure to use. You will definitely be sorry if you buy this product.
