I have contacted them so many times about playback,but continually getting no replies,I have three of these and am so dissapointed!

They suck. Worked beautifully for about 6 months. Now it won’t catch anything or anyone that comes to our house. Won’t recognize the SD card anymore and wants us to buy a subscription. Will definitely go with someone more reputable.
