I just purchased 2 outdoor cameras and completed set up fine. However, it seems like I have to purchase cloud storage for both cameras separately despite them being identical and connected on the same app. Is this accurate? If so, why? Is there a multi-unit option for storage so it isn't so expensive to use two? This is really frustrating and I will likely end up sending them back and going with a different company. These prices are outrageous compared to the company I use for my indoor ones and I'm definitely not willing to pay double with how expensive the plans are.
Any suggestions?
It's cheaper just buy an SD card for each. You can still view playback on the device. If you only record during movement you can get away with cheap 16g card
Donna Tiegs, You read that too? Sounds like agreeing gives them permission to not only view and control your cameras but also access your home router AND your cellphone all thru the app that make the cameras worth using. I'm not okay with any of that and sending the cameras back for a refund.
There is an issue with the app I click on video and after that I click play back and click video again the screen freezes when put HD on the app can someone fix it?
Hi,
I have had this security system for about 2 years now, at some point in the last year the cameras stopped connecting to my phone, I have tried reconnecting multiple times as well as resetting my camera system itself and still it just says "Device offline" on my phone, when I check my system though, it shows that it is in fact online... I'm not sure how to resolve this.
Any suggestions?
But when I connect to the same network the cameras work
when i disconnect the network the app stops working
Please advise
